Being a Yoga teacher, I could understand these aspects of dosha and vyadhi since he made it a point to discuss these crucial aspects with me. The one question that got into my mind that was raised by the doctor here was "if you are sick you directly head for the hospital rely on the medicines that the doctor there gives you but u never go to an Ayurvedic doctor first this guy wants to bring this change in our lives by bringing into light the effectiveness of aryuveda Hello my name is priyanshi and I m a patient of Dr. Akhilesh Varrier at shivamastu Ayurveda.My reason to take an ayurvedic consultance for my dull skin,lack of energy,dark spots and many other problems was because the creams the my dermatologist suggested were no good and even after many sessions I couldn't find results. so I turned up to Ayurveda and it's been only one month but still I m feeling much better not totally cured but this treatment cleanses whole of your body and not just concentrate on upper problems .
